Hi all
The Admin is quite correct with all the details of the AGM and Notice will be given about the AGM in the NEW YEAR as we didnt want it all getting mixed up with christmas cards !!!!!
(and notice needs to be a month before hand I believe)
Hopefully a copy of the accounts will be sent with it so you can all have a look through them before the AGM.
The committee hope you can all come
me and mike will be having a dinner there before hand if anyone wants to join us

Many Thanks Matt for explaining.
I have to say there was never a problem in the past with it going out in early December as that was when the renewal forms went out too along with the a December newsletter, but hey.... who am I to comment!! lol lol lol
We all hope as many people make it as possible too!!! 
Should be a very interesting meeting next year and one that members really should not want to miss

Hi everyone
I've been a bit confused about the location for the AGM since the insert in the 2008 annual which I received on Saturday has the venue as being The Angel Inn, Thirsk while the TBRCC website still shows Pontefract.
I have posted a query on the TBRCC forum so I hope to have this issue clarified soon.

Thanks for that Lesley, this does need to be clarifed as soon as possible so that members can arrange their weekend accordingly especially as Thirsk is so much further North than Pontefract!!!

Yes Chris that's why I thought I'd check!
Sue has confirmed that the AGM is to be held at the Angel Inn, Topcliffe, Thirsk, YO7 3RW.
No doubt the details on the notice will be correct when it is sent out and I'm sure the website will be updated soon as well.
(The Scottish members are delighted coz it will be closer for us if we decide to go!)

That's brilliant, thanks Lesley for confirmation of the new venue.
It's not too far further North really once you are on the road and I am sure members will be grateful to know sooner rather than later especially those who are travelling from the South of the country!!!
Just had a thought, we need to find a hotel up that way, and we could get together for a drink! I know people who want to attend and now it's further up country will definately want to stay over to break the journey!!
Gail, dont you live up that way? Can you suggest any good hotels for us to book!!! We could party!!!!!

Hi All
I wonder if we can get everybody to meet up with us all 8-) and if possable a weekend away will be nice as some of us missed out at the TBRCC Show this year :-x If there is anybody interested please contact Allen, Chris, John, Michelanne, Nikky, Helen, or Zoe, and we will find a Hotel up north,
We are in contact with Lorna and Jackie who i am sure will want to be there, it will be a great way to get together and talk RAGDOLLS
